We have been fortunate that Steve has been able to service our equipment for all these years. I’ve been inindustries related to multi-functional devices for over 14 years. I have sold the equipment and at present manage copy/print centers that rely on the equipment being up and running. So I know how important it is to have quality technicians that can diagnose and fix the problem as quickly as possible. I also know its not always easy to find people that possess this quality.

The level of professionalism, competence and communication is unsurpassed with Steve. If I have any issues with the equipment I can call him and get a realistic expectation as to his arrival which in turn allows me to make accurate decisions on our turnaround time with regards to our projects.
