Sometimes paper jamming issues can be caused by someone incorrectly loading paper into the trays. Misaligned paper trays are common and can lead to paper jamming and skewing.

Often times, customers live with jamming problems until the tech comes out, only to find out that the problem was caused by someone knocking the paper guides out of line when loading paper.

If you are having jamming issues, make sure that the side and end fences on the paper trays are squared up on the paper. Properly loaded paper will minimize jamming and keep your equipment running smoothly.
