At $75 per incident, you can leverage the power of our expertise and minimize the downtime of scanning and printing in your office. That’s help ‘right now’ at less than 50% of our on-site IT support rate.
As always, if we determine your scanning or printing outage was result of a failure of your Halsey equipment, you will not be charged and we will dispatch a technician to resolve your hardware issue under contract.
